Bread Baker’s Apprentice Challenge

The last month or so I have been baking my own bread with some success, but I am wanting to learn more. I was browsing around The Fresh Loaf and came across a post about a challenge in bread baking using Peter Reinhart’s book The Bread Baker’s Apprentice. The challenge is to work through all of the different bread recipes in his book. It sounded like the perfect way to learn more about bread baking. So the main reason I have started this blog is to document my journey, but I will also talk about my other cooking adventures.
